At Nikhil Vatika Spiritual Research Centre, all our products and services are prepared, energized, and blessed through sacred rituals. Since these are spiritual items and customized pujans, our refund and return policies are different from regular businesses.

🔹 Physical Products (Parad Items, Yantras, Crystals, etc.)

1. No Return Policy – All items are sacred and once energized/used in rituals, they cannot be returned.

2. Replacement Only – If you receive a damaged or defective product (during shipping), you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof. We will arrange a replacement of the same item.

3. No Refund on Spiritual Items – Since each item is spiritually energized, refunds are not applicable once the product has been shipped.

🔹 Services & Pujans (Astrology, Consultation, Pujans, Vastu)

1. No Refund – Once a pujan, astrology consultation, or vastu service is booked, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, as preparations and rituals begin in advance.

2. Rescheduling – In case of emergencies, pujans/consultations may be rescheduled once, subject to availability of Yogi Brahmanand Ji’s schedule.

🔹 Online Courses / Digital Content

1. Digital courses, mantras, or PDF guides once shared are non-refundable.

2. Access issues (like login problems) will be resolved by our support team.

🔹 General Conditions

• Refunds are only applicable in case of duplicate payments due to technical error.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
